Through expert insights, school engagements, and practical weekly guidance, the campaign highlights the real impact of excessive screen use on focus, sleep, and emotional well-being, while offering simple, realistic solutions that support balanced, intentional technology use.

EduMentor Hub’s ADHD Campaign 2024 was a region-wide initiative aimed at raising awareness, breaking stigma, and empowering individuals affected by ADHD.
